I cooked dinner tonight for 8 of my residency friends... One of them had never had a casserole before, so I decided to bring out some of the Golden favorites:
Poppyseed Chicken, Venture Beans (special green beans), Rice, Asian Slaw, and Sister Schubert rolls

Poppyseed chicken and Sister Schubert's rolls are my favorites! We have friends coming over Friday and I'm making chicken divan, another childhood staple!
